We want you to feel completely at ease while your child explores the world with Sort & Learn. That’s why we follow a simple and honest rule: we do not collect or send any statistics or personal data. All data about progress and game settings is stored exclusively locally on your device.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy
This Privacy Policy describes the principles of our Sort & Learn application (hereinafter – “Game”) regarding user data.
Our Game is designed for children, and we consciously comply with all applicable child data protection laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe.
2. What Information Do We Collect?
We do NOT collect or send ANY information from your device.
Our application works completely offline:
What is stored locally on your device:

– Game settings (selected difficulty, interface language, sound volume)
– Information about purchases made (to restore access to premium levels)

– Is stored only on your device
– Is never sent to us or third parties
– Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the application
What we DO NOT collect:
– Name and surname
– Email address
– Phone number
– Photos, videos, or audio files
– Location (GPS)
– Payment information
– Device identifiers
– Application usage data
– Analytics information
– Any other personal or technical data
3. Third-Party Services
Third-party services we use:
Apple App Store and Google Play Store:
– Purpose: Processing in-app purchases
– What data is processed: Transaction information (processed by app stores, not by us)

Important: We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, advertising networks, or any other third-party SDKs to collect analytics. All game progress data is stored locally on your device.
4. In-App Advertising
Sort & Learn completely lacks advertising from third-party companies, products, or services. Your child will not encounter unexpected commercial offers from anyone.
5. Data Storage
Since we store data locally on your device, it remains there until you delete the application. When you delete the application, all locally saved data (game progress, settings, purchase information) is automatically deleted from your device.
6. Parents’ and Users’ Rights
Even though we do not collect data, you have the right to:

– Delete all local game data by uninstalling the application from the device

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to:
– Access information about what data we process (in our case – none)
– Deletion of local data by uninstalling the application
7. Security
All data is stored exclusively on your device and protected by the built-in security mechanisms of the operating system (iOS/Android). We do not transmit data over the internet, which eliminates the risks of interception or leakage.

We may update this Privacy Policy. In case of significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and post the new version on our website. We recommend periodically reviewing this page.
